Funny you should display this picture because that's what Ann and I do just to relax after a hard day's work. Sometimes we use this position to meditate or just get into a good book, although it does get hard on the feet after a while and we find it best to trade off on whose feet are touching the ground. regards George
I looked at this pic and was thinking of all the muscles it would hurt... the knees, the thighs, and definitely the abs! but it looks cool. mom, dad, I am impressed you can do this, and at the same time, don't want to know! ha ha!
