The Impressive Scaffolding

The scaffolding is impressive. They build it up on both sides of the house deep enough that there are huge platforms at the top of each. Pictured above is the back scaffolding. The dreaded banner advert! We always joke about the banners loft companies hang from the scaffolding. You can see from the picture above the scaffolding takes up the entire front yard. We are very impressed with the speed our builders are going: Scott McCabe Associates (who also did our back extention). Next the supplies for the loft arrive and are craned up onto the scaffolding. I am impressed. They guy standing on the street has remote controls for the crane and can climb up on the roof and lower it the last bit. The large tree in our front yard continuously frustrates anyone craning things into our yard. They have to crane it above the tree. And then over onto the scaffolding. Then a lot of the extra junk that was in our loft is craned down. Next a load is craned up and over our tree... Up and over the roof... And (view from the back) onto the back scaffolding. Wow.
