I chuckle to myself whenever I see the sign on the side of the soft drink fridge: GOD KNOWS WHAT WE NEED. Ummm...God, do you think we need more Coke or more Sprite?
Ha ha! When ever I see the billboard advertising for the Christian radio station that says "God Listens", I always wonder whether they mean God listens to us generally, or whether it means that God listens to that particular radio station. It always makes me laugh. I don't think that's the effect they were going for.f
I do believe that Diet Coke is one of God's beverages, and it wouldn't surprise me at all to learn that Jesus himself drank it when He walked this earth.

I'm not so sure. I think he would have politely refrained from drinking aspartame-filled drinks. Maybe he drank regular coke.
